All items sold 'as is, where is', no warranties or guarantees. All sales are final.<br>
A 10% buyer's premium will be added to bid price to make total sales price.<br>
ALL ONLINE BIDS WILL BEGIN ENDING ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 10TH AT 5:00 PM EST<br>
McCarter Auction Inc. has the sole authority to resolve any bidding disputes as they may arise.<br>
McCarter Auction Inc. is providing internet/online bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the ending day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against McCarter Auction Inc. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the ending of the auction. McCarter Auction Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. <br>
Payment made in full required day of online bidding closing. Credit card accepted at auction end from successful online bidders UP TO $1,000. Any balance above $1,000 to be paid by cash, check, or wire transfer day of online bidding close.<br>
Pick-up for personal property items are Thursday, November 12th from 12:00 PM NOON UNTIL 4:00 PM EST. Personal property not removed immediately after PICKUP day becomes the buyers’ responsibility. No shipping, pick up only. Buyer responsible for loading and/or removing personal property at pick up. If office and/or real estate is damaged by Buyer while removing items, buyer is responsible for any costs to repair damages. After 7 days, all items left become sole property of McCarter Auction, Inc. and no refund will be given. If buyer does not pick up items or make payments up to date on merchandise, the buyer will be flagged for all Marknet auctions. This includes all auction companies under the Marknet service. This means, you will not be able to bid on any auctions under Marknet Alliance membership <br>
Please note these assets are sold one time with non-retractable bids. When you bid on any item, you are entering into a binding contract. All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. McCarter Auction, Inc. may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising & on the internet but makes no representations. In no event shall McCarter Auction, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. McCarter Auction, Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.<br>

AUCTION END TIMES: McCarter Auction, Inc. Online Auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified time. McCarter Auction, Inc. Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed in the final 10 minutes of an auction, the auction ending will be automatically extended 10 minutes from the time the bid was placed. Example: if an auction scheduled to close at 2:00 receives a bid at 1:59, the close time will automatically extend 2:09. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 10 minute time frame. ALL PROPERTIES IN THIS SALE EXTEND IF ANY ONE OF THEM IS EXTENDED. McCarter Auction, Inc. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.<br>
