Jefferson City take Hwy 11-E, Andrew Johnson Hwy, and go 4.5 miles past traffic light at New Market. Then turn right on Bruner Rd. and follow Auction signs to Auction site.
TERMS: REAL ESTATE: 10% Deposit day of sale, balance at closing within 30 days. All successful bidders will be required to sign a note for the deposit amount with the contract, in addition to
