Tracts #12 through #20 on the South side of E. Dumplin Valley Road have a total of 206.44 acres. These tracts range in size from 5 TO 70 ACRES EACH.  Approximately 1/3 of this part of the farm has been allowed to grow over with small trees in recent years. Most of this overgrown area lays well with some areas of limestone rock, but most could be cleared for pasture or other uses.  The balance of the 206.44 acres is pasture land and forest.

DIRECTIONS:  From I-40 Exit 417 in Dandridge, TN, take 4-lane Hwy 92 toward Jefferson City. Go 1 .7 miles, turn right on E. Dumplin Valley Rd. just past Co-op and across highway from Jefferson County High School, and go 3.6 miles to Auction Site on both sides of road.

TERMS: 10% Deposit day of sale, balance at closing within 30 days. All successful bidders will be required to sign a note for the deposit amount with the contract, in addition to deposit paid day of sale.   Note shall become null and void when buyer shall complete all requirements for closing as set out in their contract.
